Ok the relives are semi true the taste is great like super great BUT the after taste when you’re done is wild and stays forever. I bought these because it was a lot more reasonably priced than buying the carb smart ones. Let me tell you three people in my house ate these, all three people had extreme gas after :/

Some of the ice cream bars are small they not all the same size

Very bland.....had no taste at all and gave me constant severe bloating and gas.....would definitely not recommend

Love that we can go purchase keto friendly ice cream at an affordable price at our nearest Sam’s club please keep them in stock at the freezer.

Great taste! Usually diet and keto foods don’t taste as good as full sugar or milk foods but these taste really good

This tastes delicious but gives horrible stomach cramps and gas. I have tried 3 bars on different days to make sure that’s what caused it. Every single time I get severe problems and end up in bed.

These are a great tasting snack. They work well for keto and for Low sugar diets. The flavor is better than some actual ice cream bars that I’ve had. So if you want a low carb ice cream snack, these are the best!

These are great IF you let them sit out on the counter for 20 minutes before eating. If you don’t, it’s like ice milk consistency, but have patience and you feel like your eating a full fat creamy gelato.

These are great but the fudge brownie ones are even better. I found them one time at Sam’s almost a year ago and haven’t seen since. Sam… come on and bring these back. No one else carries these that I’ve seen.

I have not seen this product since last fall. So glad to see this back to warehouse stock. It is priced a ok and hopefully it will be available for awhile.
