[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Members Mark Mattress and it works very good I love it ! It has cooling gel in the mattress that works with your back and muscles . My sleep has been great since I have purchased this ! I would recommend this mattress to everyone ! Members mark is a great brand .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress contained in a decent-sized box that wasn't unmanageable. It definitely was heavier than originally anticipated (90 lbs I believe?). The mattress itself was rolled up and vacuum sealed. Once the plastic wrap was cut, the mattress "aired up" in a few minutes. The smell was similar to other "mattress in a box" products (I've had 2). It just needs some time to air out. The mattress itself was not too hard, not to soft, but just right. The height/deepness of the mattress was perfect. No struggling with sheets.

It was delivered in a box to our front door which was amazing. It quickly rolled out and took its shape. I was pretty amazed. It keeps me cool which is a huge bonus!

This made transferring it from the front door to the bedroom an absolute breeze! Getting it out of the box and onto my platform bed was super simple! The quality of this mattress seems to be superb and like it will last for years. Not too firm for me and not too soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress took a few days for me to get use to, its much firmer than my old mattress so it took some time getting use too. The firmness feels great on my back and i have been able to sleep so much better and wake without back pain. I wish it would have had the cooling gel to keep me cooler at night but above all it is a great mattress!

I bought this almost a month ago and it has worn my back out. After being in the same position, it’s hard to get out of. If you try to move over, you have to kick your leg off the bed to stay in that position or you will roll back to where you were. After you’ve sunk into place, you will wake up in a hot mess. I’m 27 and have never had back problems, I’m in pretty good health so I don’t know how anyone would be able to sleep in this. The only plus side is that returning it was so so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a few different memory foam mattresses at this point, and the problem with some of them is that they are too soft and don't offer any real support through the night. This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-inch Mattress and it has made our sleep so much better. It helps cool us off at night while asleep. I do not wake up with night sweat anymore from being overheated. I love how comfortable it is for me. I can now sleep all the way through the night! I love this mattress. I recommend this mattress and give it a stamp of approve.

I've slept on it for 2 nights and taken one epic nap on our new matresses, and i LOVE them! Our 12 year old Icomfort mattress had given up. We had decided to get 2 twin xl's in hopes of getting an adjustable base in the future and the 2 twin xl's were actually $50 cheaper than just buying a full king size. I can move these 2 all by myself where our old matress was so heavy it really needed 4 people to move if you were to follow OSHA saftey standards due to the weight ;) We got the medium, i let them "air up" for a little over 24 hours and they had no issues or a bad smell. I was a bit nervous when they were delivered because one looked like it was trying to air up in the box, so i was scared of it being mishappened or damaged from a cut through the box or something, but had no problems. Not to firm not to soft. Being 2 twin xl, there is very little if any movement transfer. King size bedding fits on the 2 mattresses perfectly and keeps them together better than i thought it would. Being 2 mattresses together, they are a smidgen wider than our current bed frame, so if you have a frame that the matress sit in that may be a issue if you go the 2 twin xl to make a king route. I paid $327 total after taxes for both and they arrived in 2 days! I bought from Sam's so if we didn't like them we could take them back to the store if there was a issue, as this was the first time buying a mattress that i didn't get to test out first and i was nervous, lol. I figure even if these break down after a few years, i would still be happy with my purchase because I've wasted more money on way less before. For the price, they are totally worth it and with the return policy, no reason to not try them out. We got the medium, which is fine for us, but if you like a firmer matress get the firm one. I'm ordering one for our 16 year old son, who has never had an opinion on bed comfort because he could sleep on the floor and find it comfortable. But he laid on it and said he wanted one too! The price is great! Trust me we went mattress shopping and i think we laid on every major brand mattress on the market these days and I'm telling you, there are way worse (name brand) matresses for quadruple the price out there
