I give 1 star because I’m sure other people like it that soft but I expected it to be a little firmer for medium firm, but it was so soft you sank so far in it hurt my back when laying on my stomach. The smell was just plain god awful and didn’t go away even after airing it out for over 48 hours with windows open in the room. The smell gave me migraines as well as made my sinuses hurt. We returned the bed and ordered one of from Walmart that has been much better.

Awesome Bed!

The bed shipped quickly! Once unwrapped from the plastic, the bed came to full size almost immediately. We did not have any one sleep in the bed until two or three weeks later and when my sister did she said it was very comfortable. I was surprised because she is very picky, but she even ask for the information on the bed so she can purchase one for her new home. It is a nice quality bed. I highly recommend this bed.

I was disappointed with this mattress! It is no more than a bed topper. My fault I guess for not going to the store and looking at it first. I got this for my college granddaughter in another location and time was the essence. When it said Hotel Premier Collection, I trusted it.

Disappointed with Quality and Service

I recently purchased a mattress from the Thornton, Colorado Sam’s Club using the Scan & Go feature, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the mattress, I realized it appeared to have been used. As someone with a disability, I cannot physically return the item due to its weight, so I contacted customer service for assistance. Despite explaining my situation, my case was closed without resolution, and I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a loyal member. The mattress itself is not what I expected in terms of quality. It did not feel new and had visible signs of prior use. I hope Sam’s Club improves its quality control and customer service to better support members like me in the future.

Defective mattress. Less than a week mattress cover bunched up 4 inches across center of mattress. Then you have this hump in the middle of the bed under your back. Will be returning when different replacement mattress (ordered) is received. Also if you return a mattress they want you to put it in the original box (not gonna happen) or wrap it in plastic.

Not Quite for Me

The mattress is comfortable but sleeps hot. The mattress height has yet to decompress to the full 12" height in the advertised description. The width of the mattress budges obviously by 2"-3" overall. I will be returning this mattress as soon as I am refunded for the mattress I purchased online through Sam's Club. Today is the 9th business day since my online return was picked up. The online return pickup process was a pain staking 45 days. Sam's Club Members beware!

Love the softness!

I love this mattress! It is so soft and comfortable. It came in a box and I was able to keep it in the box until I was ready to put it in place. Getting it out of the box and unsealed took a little bit of work doing it by myself, but with two people it shouldn’t be an issue.

Sleeping in this bed felt like lying in quick sand. When you first sit or lie on it you think it feels firm but plush but then you continue to sink in further and further to where it's hard to move from one position to another. I hated this bed, I literally felt claustrophobic trying to move around in on this mattress.

Firmer than expected

I have purchased more than 7 boxed memory foam from Sam’s or Costco. This mattress was packaged beautifully, sprang up when opened and had far less of the chemical smell than previous mattresses. I gave it 24 hours to rise, but the morning after I slept on it I had new pain in my hips, knees, elbows and shoulders...I’m 5’5, 130 lbs and 40 years old. This type of pain was a first! I tried it again for 2 hours the next night and moved to the sofa. For whatever reason this particular members mark hotel collection mattress was too firm for me. In the store I sat on Serta’s bed in a box version and it was far softer but was unclear if that was its composition or if it had been broken in by other consumers. I purchased the members mark mattress because they produce great products and I wanted to give them a shot. Luckily I was able to track down my receipt from my previous mattress also purchased at Sam’s by Night Therapy and ordered it as a replacement. I purchased a mattress bag to protect the members mark mattress in the return process, but when I called to double check they were accepting return due to covid they told me Fed Ex would pick it up! The associate on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful immediately credited my card and arranged Fed Ex pick-up 2 days later. I had a terrific experience even though this bed didn’t work out for me!
