[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] People like ranges from firm to soft beds. I like a medium firm bed and this fit exactly that. You can tell, on the first couple finches, that the material is memory foam-like. For back pain, you need a firm bed that maintains your back line. This bed was fantastic for that. A nice combination of comfortable and firm. Very easy to unpack and place on bed.

Not too firm , perfect for a good nights sleep :) Came in a medium size box, the mattress expands after you open the packaging . We let it air out for a day , but did not notice a funny smell at all . A+ for comfort ! Highly recommend :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to upgrade our teen to a queen and so glad we did! This is alot thicker of a bed. We used it as a platform meaning no box spring and it has does fine. The padding on it is thick enough so that you dont feel like you are sleeping on a hard rock. The setup is really easy. It comes vacuum sealed so just cut plastic off and let it open up for a couple hours. My son has been using it for about a month and honestly Ive noticed his sleep patterns are alot better. According to his sleep tracker he is getting better quality sleep. He also doesnt wake up soaked in sweat so the cooling part of it is definitely helping!

But there are so many pluses to this mattress!!!! Right off the bat, SO easy to just set aside (I was also able to move it around myself) as I waited for a mattress base. This came amazingly compressed and sealed very well inside a vacuum sealed plastic wrap. Just take extra care unwrapping, again...amazingly it starts to fluff up/come to life. I did wait for a cpl hours for it to fully inflate, and wow! I am absolutely amazed. Amazed at level of firmness, w/o any sinking at all. I found it firm, yet soft and very breathable. I have NOT noticed any of my husbands tossing and turning, either. Awesome! Best of all...it has remained cool!!! My temperature rises so much at night and with this mattress it is SO MUCH BETTER. I live in a hotter state, and wake up several times @ nite due to overheating. I cannot stress enough how much I love this cooling feature. For comfort, for coolness, for an excellent and undisturbed sleep I can't recommend this mattress enough. Great quality. Bravo!

The quality is very excellent, Just over all Very very great quality of mattress, my daughter took a nap in it yesterday and was in shock how comfortable and soothing it was now she placed her order yesterday for her own , I honestly highly recommend this Mattress.

It is soft enough that it contours to your body, yet has enough firmness that it provides support to places like your back. I enjoy a full 8 hours of sleep and wake up refreshed. Great mattress! I’m thinking about replacing the guest bedroom mattress with one of these as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. It was heavy in the box, but surprisingly easy to open once it was out. It slowly expanded after my daughter and I took the plastic wrap off. We let it sit for a whole day, as it suggested it may need this time. Was easy to pick up and move into the bedroom once this was done, fit on the boxspring I have perfectly, Queen size sheets fit it well too. After a week of sleeping on it I am liking better than the older spring coil mattress I replaced. It is a bit on the firm to medium in how I sink in, I like that it is soft, but not too soft. There is less movement to me when my partner gets up out of bed also.

Was skeptic to about buying a mattress for online without laying on it. Our old mattress just wasn’t working decided to try a bed in a box! Best decision we made!! Best sleep we’ve had in a long time! So soft. It just melts around you. Hip and back problems gone !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to find this mattress, as I was in the market to upgrade my daughter's bed. She is growing and not only needed to move from a full size but also to a more supportive mattress that will last years. The Member's Mark brand is already a brand my family trusts and I was excited to gear about this new mattress! The mattress arrived quickly and was compacted in a box. It was quite heavy- 90 pounds actually! Opening the box was the toughest thing to do! This works best with two people- one to pull the mattress out and one to stabilize the large box. Once out of the box, you have to unravel several layers of plastic wrap. The mattress immediately began to expand. I placed it in my daughter's room- on top of her bunkie board bed frame and watched it open up to a 12" deep mattress! Wow! I left it alone for 48 hours as suggested in my box- but I believe it would have been completely expanded within a few hours. This mattress is dreamy- soft and durable material. This is a foam mattress, so your body feels cradled when you lay down but the support is very impressive. My daughter actually slept in the first night- something she never does- and said she felt amazing. After a few days of her bragging about this, I actually took a nap on this mattress and I'm totally jealous. This seriously feels like a soft cloud, but after sleeping you can feel that it is equally supportive. This is an amazing mattress from start to finish. You can easily set this up yourself. The quality is simply the best I have ever seen! I'm completely self on this and can't wait to get another for my son's room next! I see this lasting quite some time and this will be the last mattress I will ever get for my teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opened the box the mattress arrived in in the late morning and let it sit to decompress for the day (it recommends 12-48 hours). I highly recommend opening it when you're able to open windows. It has an initial odor that I found to be strong and unpleasant. By that evening we were able to put in on our box spring and I find it very comfortable. There is still a slight odor 1 week later but it continues to fade. I love the mattress. If you're a side sleeper there's not much give (it's firm). Pros: Comfortable, Firm, Quiet (if you or your partner are not sound sleepers) Cons: the initial smell
