[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress contained in a decent-sized box that wasn't unmanageable. It definitely was heavier than originally anticipated (90 lbs I believe?). The mattress itself was rolled up and vacuum sealed. Once the plastic wrap was cut, the mattress "aired up" in a few minutes. The smell was similar to other "mattress in a box" products (I've had 2). It just needs some time to air out. The mattress itself was not too hard, not to soft, but just right. The height/deepness of the mattress was perfect. No struggling with sheets.

The mattress comes compressed in a box and it's very easy to assemble, just follow this three steps, unroll, remove the plastic then put it on the bed frame and in few minutes it will be completely unfold, it was something magical. I like a lot of the features, the soothing cool breathability makes this product layer be more fresh. This mattress design delivers comfort and relieves back pain, i personally recommend because my body aches and difficulty to sleep disappeared from the first day i start using it. The texture is soft and the material quality and touch is pretty good. It results in a good nights sleep, ideal for anyone. The upper layer is firm but very gently to our body. It completely change my type of living by giving me the support and comfort i was wishing. This mattress gives me happy and pleasant mornings, it basically the best sleeping aid.

It is soft enough that it contours to your body, yet has enough firmness that it provides support to places like your back. I enjoy a full 8 hours of sleep and wake up refreshed. Great mattress! I’m thinking about replacing the guest bedroom mattress with one of these as well.

When I got this mattress I was skeptical because of how it will make me sleep at night. I love it because it is so comfortable and it allows me to stay cool at night.

I bought this almost a month ago and it has worn my back out. After being in the same position, it’s hard to get out of. If you try to move over, you have to kick your leg off the bed to stay in that position or you will roll back to where you were. After you’ve sunk into place, you will wake up in a hot mess. I’m 27 and have never had back problems, I’m in pretty good health so I don’t know how anyone would be able to sleep in this. The only plus side is that returning it was so so easy.

It holds its shape for me and my spouse I’m no longer rolling to the middle when sleeping! He has back problems and this mattress is greatly helping reduce the back pain he suffers from! I love the memory foam it definitely turned my restless nights into sleeping through the night. I love that it has like a cooling gel so I can stay cool while sleeping. When I received the mattress it was rolled up and I was like there is no way this thing is going to be comfortable. As I laid it out onto my box spring and it unfolded it bounced right up and rose in the air and created this big beautiful mattress. I was completely surprised that this box had such a big item inside. I was skeptical to think, there is no way I'm gonna feel comfortable on an item like this. Well let me tell you I laid down on that bed and WOW, I really didn't want to get up. This mattress was so comfortable honestly like the best mattress I have ever owned. That night was the best sleep I have had in a really long time. I absolutely love my new bed and I love how easy it is now to fall asleep. Its a very soft mattress inside and out. I’ve always needed a mattress topper before but I didn’t need anything for this mattress. It felt so comfortable and I actually slept very well without waking up with back pain. My regular queen size sheets fit the mattress without falling off as well. The mattress holds it shape and is firm but yet comfortable enough at the same time. It is exactly what I needed after my back surgery.

You can tell, on the first couple finches, that the material is memory foam-like. For back pain, you need a firm bed that maintains your back line. This bed was fantastic for that. A nice combination of comfortable and firm. Very easy to unpack and place on bed.
