Member's Mark Hotel Premier Memory Foam Mattress, Available in Medium, Firm, and Ultra Plush

Finally slept on this bed for a week and the cover to mattress is loose and lumpy. I will be contacting customer service for a replacement or refund.

Cover is defective

This is a great mattress for an extra bedroom that rarely gets used.   It is not a good mattress for everyday use.

Not so great

I ordered a ( FIRM ) and as soon as you lay on it you start sinking in immediately! 
Very low quality mattress. Get's very HOT after an hour to the point you start sweating. very uncomfortable. save your money and buy something better.

LOW QUALITY, GETS TOO HOT

Had to return.. no support my husband cat and I were all on top of each other in the middle. Could be good for a single person I guess. Got the cheaper coppercool mattress and it’s way better

No support

I purchased a medium plush twin mattress. If i had to do it over, id probably go hard plush twin. It is quite soft but very comfortable. It is great for my hips and lower back.

Mattress has developed lumps and wrinkles. Very disappointed .

Terrible! It's so soft for medium firm! Support 50 pound kid at best….

My mattress didn't smell and expanded as advertised. Oh and it's firmness was perfect for me. 6' and 240lbs. My sleep app showed 1st nite and every nite since slept on my quality and length of sleep has noticeably improved.

Way too soft. I have the Serta 10" mattress bought in Sams Club which is more firmer than this 12" one. We need to get up to change our position of sleep and goes down if you lean on the back on the head rest. Returning it asap

Too Soft - Not the one I expected

Hired someone to transport since it was too heavy for me. Unboxed it and once it uncurled, it had a chunk of foam missing under the cover. I contacted Sam's to see if they could arrange to pick it up to return to the store so I could order replacement online. They would have picked it up if it was ordered online but refused to do that since it was bought. It is too large to fit in my car and far too heavy for me to handle. I'm very disappointed in the mattress and Sam's for not making this right.

Defective & Sam's won't help

Very comfy. Slightly soft but as I age I find I need a soft mattress to reduce back pain due to DJD. my adult kids also find it comfortable too. We’ve purchased 3 in the past few years, so we are starting a mattress collection. Lol
