My 5 year old daughter loves this lunchbox and usually eats everything we pack for her. Portion sizes are perfect. Customer service has been very helpful when a clasp broke about a year after we bought it and they replaced it at no charge. I’d definitely recommend this product.

These have been great for my 4yo to bring to school daily. They’ve endured quite a beating so far, and I love that they are largely spillproof. My son has unfortunately managed to break the straws, but the fantastic customer service is helping us with that. I wish that they kept water cold longer, but that’s just the nature of a plastic water bottle.

I bought this for my son and the lid stopped closing properly. I sent an email to the customer service team, and they quickly responded to my email and offered a complementary replacement. Very happy with the customer service I received, and would order again!

I really like these and my daughter loves the fun prints. I do wish these had a built in chill pack. I have also found when I put the tray in the dishwasher the bottom holds a lot of water, when the dishwasher is done I still have to put them flipped over on a drying rack. Still great product but prefer the chill ones a little more.

Love the bento style! Makes the food more interesting for my kids! I love the designs and hopefully they will have more characters like Disney which my kids love and would definitely buy it asap! So far my kids love it, easy to open, clean and store. The rubber feature around the box prevents my kid from spilling their food so it is a plus! Would highly recommend!

We received 3 of these lunch boxes as gifts for our kids and have used them every school day since. The convenience of not having to use multiple containers (never mind having to find the matching lids) is wonderful. It was relatively easy to get the kids to wash their Bentgo boxes as part of their back from school routines. Looking into the larger versions as the eldest is almost a teen. This is a good lunch box esp for lower elementary kids. We hand wash all the kids lunch boxes as we use them often. Recently we noticed that there were tiny blue particles in the kids food and upon further inspection realized that the rubber/silicon seal was disintegrating unfortunately. The Customer service on the other hand is amazing! They were prompt in their response and will be sending me a replacement soon.

This lunch box is perfect for my daughter who is 1. We bought extra trays so we are able to prep all her meals for the week ahead of time, and simply pop the new tray into the case. Not only is this a great product, the customer service is great too!

I bought two of these lunch boxes for my kids and they really love it specially the cute prints over it , the issue which I faced is that the rubber on the lid was wearing out on both the boxes and one of the clip became loose . Otherwise it’s really good and leak proof . I would buy it again. And also happy with a bentgo warranty. And excellent customer support.
