Great water bottle but I wish there was more of a design selection to match the other designs of the lunchbox and bento set designs. My little one really likes the construction set but sadly, like many of the others, they don't offer a matching water bottle so we settled for Monster trucks. It would be great if there were more "full sets" of the different designs offered.

We ordered the puppy lunch box. My daughter was disappointed when we received the fairy lunch box instead. I emailed bentgo and their costumer service was excellent. We got a quick response and we had the correct lunch box within a few days! My daughter loves her new puppy bentgo lunch box!

Still trying to find out the best ways to pack this lunch for my kiddo. Found out the hard way that the seal is not water proof - pancakes with syrup resulted in everything in the box being sticky. Additionally, we don’t usually use the small circle compartment, as not much will fit there. Aside from these two specific things, we enjoy the box!

My kid loves the lunch box. The lunch box has vibrant colors which automatically attracts my kid's attention. It has easy lock closures which is ideal for kids. The compact size makes it light and easy to carry around. The lunch box has no leakage. Absolutely love it.

Such a cute bottle, leak proof and great size. The only downfall is that it is not insulated. My little one is picky and likes her water to be super cold all the time. With her taking this to school, the ice I add in the morning melts within a few hours.

We love our bentgo kids boxes! Sandwich, fruit, crackers are all nicely separated and sealed so sandwiches don't get soggy and fruit stays nice and juicy! Bonus, my kiddo who struggles with motor planning can open these without help unlike other boxes we've tried!

These are very cute lunch boxes. Quite compact. The portions of the compartments work well for younger kids but as the kids get older they need more food, and sometimes, the compartment just aren’t big enough to correlate with their growing appetite.

The products are very good and very beautiful, I am quite satisfied with the quality, the only recommendation and what makes me somewhat dissatisfied are the delivery times and delays, I currently have several orders placed with shipping guides generated for days but there is no movement in the package, for another order I paid express shipping and the days have passed, the shipping guide has not yet been generated and they do not give me an answer in support, I think it is an area for improvement

To start the boxes are a great design, and the prints are nice for children. The boxes will do what they are intended for. We are putting together 50 kindergarten start-up boxes for incoming underprivileged kids in SF. The part that I didn’t like is the customer service was not that great. Anyone thats experienced Chewy customer service they set the standard for customer service. It’s a company for pets. There was no discount consider for buying 50 boxes. For something we plan to continue to do for years to come. The customer service sounded like a teenager answering a call from home that had no customer service training or skills. We hope to use these in future, but will definitely be looking for other options.

I love these normally but 2 out of the 3 I purchased are extremely hard to close. My Daughters could not get them closed nor could their teachers. They love the designs and the portions are perfect but the teachers request I do not send them with these again unless we get some that work correctly.
