Customer service has been great, we use these lunch boxes every day for our lunches. The kids find it easy to open and close indepentantly.

I really love that this lunchbox does not leak! It has held up for quite a while, and still going strong.

Cute water bottle that is leak-proof. The soft handle on it makes it easy for toddlers or little kids to carry around. Plus it's all dishwasher safe!
