purchased because the description says dishwasher safe. but the information in the package said some of the internal stuff was not dishwasher safe. contradictory information! i returned it!

I placed these in the dishwasher and they warped and I was never able to close them again so I threw them away. It was a total waste and I was so disappointed.

We have a few of these, and they get used every day. They are great lunch boxes. We have An old Gray one with the capital "B" logo, a light green one, a dark green one and a blue one.

This is the second one I have, it would be nice if there was an extra starp in the box in case one gets lost or broken. Or if the strap was sold separately.

These bento boxes are great! My grandkids love them. I contacted customer service with a question and I got an immediate response and assistance. The customer service rep went above and beyond what I had expected-AWESOME service!!

I've had mine for a few years now and it is a great little lunchbox. Althouh I did loose the fork and spoon a while back. I get may sandwich and some chips and more in there.

I bought this about 8 months ago. It worked great until recently. It got cracked. But the customer service is so awesome. They're sending me a replacement without any hassle. Would recommend

This makes packing lunches so much easier. Before I was using multiple containers which was taking more time to pack and clean. I was also forgetting silverware. This is so convenient and easy to clean

Bento classic lunchbox containers not a fan !! The lids don't stay closed unless you use the band that holds them together. Definitely not friendly for special needs child ..
