Not the best but will work if you’re in a pinch

These are perfect for "make your own" breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I slice them in half. Then I mix up eggs and milk like for scrambled eggs and bake them in a cookie sheet with sides. The I cut the cooked egg into 24 squares (one for each biscuit) and put a piece of either sliced ham or Canadian bacon on one half of the biscuit, top it with a slice of cheese, then a square of egg then the biscuit top. I then wrap each filled biscuit in a paper towel, and store them in a freezer Ziplock bag. When it's time to eat one, I pull it out, microwave it (in the paper towel) for 40 seconds, then flip it over and microwave it for another 40 seconds. It's ready to eat on the go! (And who needs to stop at McDonalds!???) Just a note that when you get these, they are firm, and you might think they are even stale, but once heated that are amazingly fresh and soft and yummy!

These biscuits taste great and we keep them stocked in the freezer. Just pop them out and defrost in the microwave and then toast in the toaster oven. We always have these wonderful biscuits on hand. They are already baked, they just need reheating a bit.

Hubby doesn’t care whether they are microwaved or crisped in the hot air fryer. We divide the carton of biscuits into four biscuits per quart size Ziplock freezer bags. Then it’s easy to grab a bag from the freezer and heat them up. We like them best when we have biscuits and sausage gravy.

So I have never been a huge fan of these. When people serve these cold they are not good! We did keep them warm in a roaster which helps a lot and would give the 4 stars. If it’s not for concessions I always make my own biscuits and just buy the gravy at Sam’s. So I guess if you have large crowds these do what they need to do.
