I make most things from scratch so my family can be particular, and I hate canned biscuits but these were a huge hit. They are just the right size to make sausage biscuits with the swaggertys patties. I cook a dozen of those at a time on a pan in the oven, cut these biscuits in half and add some cheese and freeze them individually for fast breakfast sandwiches. Wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for one minute from frozen.
