I like this TV stand. You have the option to sit it on the stand or mount it to the built-in hovering stand.

Worst experience ever! Same here as someone who received their product with the package damaged. I also decided to go ahead and put it together anyways, then realized that the top part was bent and was not going to be able to be assembled. I contacted the original maker (Whalen Furniture) and they were kind enough to send a replacement part for it, but unfortunately, the glass that comes with it was also damaged, completely broken and the maker could not send a replacement for it. Customer care told me to put everything together in a package, then wait for someone to pick it up or go to a Sam's location, so I decided to go to a store, they took it but never gave me a receipt. I emailed customer care and sent pictures as proof of me returning the product, then they shipped a replacement, so at this point I thought this was over and when unpacking the new item (replacement order), the glass of the TV stand is also broken AGAIN. Now I have to wait for someone to pick it up to then call customer service back and initiate a refund. What I waste of my time and money honestly. I believe they should have better carriers or a policy with these companies because they might not even know what they are delivering so they do not handle products carefully. As a Sam's Customer in other countries, I had never experienced such a terrible service until today. I am really surprised and disappointed that it happened in the United States when it is supposed to be better than everywhere else as this is home of the company.

I bought this specifically because it is advertised as a Solid wood top. It's made of MDF with a stained veneer. I reported it to Whalen, who said they didn't even know it was no longer being made of solid wood, lol (But they did verify and confirm that's its NOT solid wood). And they said they contacted Sam's Club to have the description changed. That was the first week of February. Today is March 10,and I see the description hasn't been changed yet, so beware. It IS a nice TV stand, and it arrived in fairly good condition, but it is being misrepresented and sold as something it's not. I guess I'd recommend it, only if you know what you're getting, but I think it's overpriced since it's not real wood.

Beautiful stand needs 2 people to put together

The assembly was a nightmare. Then they place a label on the top that leaves glue residue.

This is sturdy and looks nice. Easy to set up and comes with the tools you need.

I love it, but some of the screws were really hard to match up. You can't get the paper sticker off, they should put it on the bottom not top.

The product is great but it is a "bear" to put together. Helps to have 2 people.
