We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

After much research we chose this firm, king size mattress. After originally leaning towards a hybrid mattress with springs and foam, we are extremely pleased with our all foam mattress. IMO, the addition of springs just adds an unnecessary quality risk with the way these "bed in a box" mattresses are packed. We had concerns about returnability and felt that a Sam's Club product (Members Mark) would be more highly supported in case there were issues. This mattress gives firm support, yet is comfortable whether a side sleeper or back/stomach sleeper. Without a legitimate firm mattress we are subject to back discomfort. After 7 nights of use we are happy to say that we are extremely pleased with our choice.

I read other reviews and thought I could get away with some of the issues noted about this mattress but no. This is error purchase for me. The mattress is softer than the mattress I'm trying to haul. I literally sink into this mattress. I was expecting medium firm but it's not near it. Planning on returning it. My old mattress lasted over 10 years, not sure this new mattress would make half of that. I brought on sale so i'd say penny wise, pound foolish. Cheap is expensive! Also gives me heat not cooling at all, makes me uncomfortable overnight.
