Sams Club description for the 8" hybrid twin mattress clearly provides that the mattress included a frame. Pictures show a frame.The mattress does NOT include a frame despite the description. It is only a mattress. Sam's acknowledged that there should be a frame and said it would send one. It only sent another mattress. Now, I have two mattresses and no frame. No offer to help, no offer to come pick up extra, no help with frame, told to call Zinus. And then, Daniela just hung up the chat and said she was releasing the chat to help the next member. Did not arrange a pick up, refund, or anything. Gave no further directions. Very abrupt. So now, will have to drive a mattress hours to return. Bad business.

Ordered this mattress for my toddler’s full size bed! And it was perfect. It is a bit on the firm side but that is great for her. She loves her BIG girl bed. The mattress came in a box and once opened it gained its shape very quickly. It has been about a year since the purchase and there are no regrets. This mattress is durable.

Very happy with purchase

The Mattress is great, it is a little stiffer than I imagined it to be from what I read about it, but I love it. This one was for my son but the next one will be for me and I will put down the extra dollars for the 13" I-coil. For my son I'm looking for a mattress topper but the value was great and the quality of the product is awesome. This is how mattress shopping should be.

This bed is extremely firm. In the description it says it comes with a base or box spring; it does not. I called Sam's and was told I could replace the order and it would come with a box spring and they would pick up the mattress I recieved. I did not get a box spring, just another mattress. I can't imagine what they paid to have it picked up by a third party. They are wasting money and have an inaccurate description. I love Sams, but I'm unsure if I can trust the item description online.

The only reason I didn't put this as excellent is because I haven't had it that long. Love it! Comfortable in its firmness. Sturdy, has the coils inside(not wire), not just a topper but a mattress! Only thing, no handles to grab. Bulky but one person can handle it if they have to. Loved the way it's packaged! Like it's vacuum sealed and poufs out when you release the packaging. Good thing it was so well packed too..FedEX shipping did about everything but shred the box!

This was purchased for my college aged daughter. I brought it to her on a Friday and by Monday she was calling to say it was not a good sleep experience. She has suffered with fractures of her spine as a child and needs a comfortable mattress. Unfortunately, this was not the mattress for her. Returned it to the Sam's Club near her college and purchased a different mattress at that same club. The second mattress was perfect for her. The return process was easy and would consider ordering online again, just not a mattress that we couldn't try out beforehand.

We decided to purchase this mattress for our 2 year old who was transitioning from his crib mattress to a big boy bed. At only 8" it is the perfect height for being kept on the floor until we decide on a bed frame. What really impressed me was the speed and ease of delivery. We ordered on Sunday afternoon and it arrive on Tuesday afternoon. For $25 shipping we received a full size mattress. And how it was packaged was just phenomenal. We took it out of the box and let it expand and air out over night and it was ready to go the next morning. I am hoping we continue to remain happy with this bed.
