These shakes were recommended by my Naturopath. I like both flavors and my husband likes them too. He said they taste just like a shake you would get at a restaurant. I like that they fill me up and have the extra nutrients that I need.

Delicious!!!!! Don’t fear that it’ll b another awful tasting health thing. All the flavors are great. There are some a little sweeter than others. The health benefit —- felt better drinking even one a day. I’m totally sold and you should be too!!

I wish there were less carbs. Other than that I highly recommend as a meal replacement for people with soy and whey allergies.

These are a great way to get some extra nutrition when you’re on a restricted diet. They are delicious and comparatively low in sugar.

The chocolate fudge was great but, the vanilla bean lacked vanilla flavor. Maybe more vanilla extract should be added.

I like this product as it uses real sugar and not artificial or other sweeteners. I also appreciate that it is vegan and soy free/gluten free.
