At Germany the Germans use bleach a lot to kill pathogens due to damp weather. France to stop possible food poisoning of e coli, listeria, hepatitis bleach is added to liquid "dish washing" soap just before use.

I know it sanitizes and got the job done. I love the clean smell of clorox bleach and also how clean it makes my house. Brightens our whites like no other. In a time of panic with the coronaVirus , I was so pleased to have this giant bottle in my home. Highly recommend and would not settle for any other kind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Clorox - Performance Bleach about a month ago. I am always looking for a better bleach. I’ve tried many different brands from my local grocery stores, but none have come close to Clorox - Performance Bleach.

I bought the Performance Bleach 2 with Cloromax because in reading the label at the store, there were no ingredients listed other than sodium hypochlorite, and all the same instructions for sanitizing appear on the label. It looked like a name change. But it is not. Now it seems there is a bunch of other stuff in it. I run an organic processing operation and cannot have "other stuff" in the bleach. Wish the label was accurate. I will use it personally, but I don't need 3 gallons for personal use, and now I have to go find Regular at a time when no bleach is available anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s be honest... bleach is bleach. When something white gets a stain, we bleach it. Simple as that. However this Cloromax technology leaves a protective coat so stains have a harder time adhering to treated surfaces. I only use bleach for household cleaning. I literally use 1tsp. In a spray bottle full of water and when I’m done cooking I spray and wipe. I don’t particularly care for the smell as a concentrate but it’s hardly noticeable when diluted according to the directions. I’ll always be a Clorox fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was interested in the performance bleach, as we use it frequently for disinfecting and sanitizing various things. We like using natural cleaning products when possible, but sometimes you just need bleach. I noticed when using it for clothing, it recommended the same amount of bleach per load as my normal bottle. I used the amount recommended and I feel it was just as effective as my regular clorox. When using it for surfaces, the amounts recommended were a bit lower than my usual. It worked just as well for surfaces as my usual kind. I don't know if I would continue using this over other options, as it doesn't have the features we prefer. We prefer to use a splashless and I don't see too much of a difference over the other Clorox options. It definitely has a stronger scent, which is to be expected. Overall for me, I feel it's average.

Ever since Covid-19 began, manufacturers have been making poor decision about their products that worked well in the past. Charging more money but producing an inefficient product. New is not necessarily better. Where in the regular Clorox without the word disinfected on the bottle?
