Bleach kills almost all harmful viruses, bacteria, toxic mold, poisonous fungi, while alcohol based sanitizers only make drunk viruses, bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi that then mutate after being attacked to survive, as basic microbiology college courses knowledge. At Germany the Germans use bleach a lot to kill pathogens due to damp weather. France to stop possible food poisoning of e coli, listeria, hepatitis bleach is added to liquid "dish washing" soap just before use.
