This is a must-have, I made everything with this skillet , fried rice, stew, crepe, omellet , soup you name it, it is non stick so when you use the flour to make your food thicken, it won't burn, you don't have to constantly stir and the best part is? you serve right from the skillet, it will make your food warm and delicious. I'd like it very much, ordered the second one
