This is NOT what was delivered. I got 2 bags of Ruffles potato chips. We do not eat Ruffles. Why did I not get my Lays? They were in stock when I ordered them, so why did I not get them? Once again you have messed up my order. Not happy customer right now😪😪😪

Fresh n crunchy

usually these chips are a good bargain at the price, and usually have of good quality, BUT the last few I've gotten I had to throw out 3/4's of them? as they have been strange, they seemed fine when I opened the bag? but after a couple of days, I noticed an odor that wasn't ANYTHING usual? and the taste seemed strange? at first I didn't think much of it, and thought what may have happened to make the smell and taste ssooo different? but after it happened to the 3rd bag, I knew it had to be the chips themselves? anways it prompted me to write this review, not sure what is happening, and I may buy them, to give them another try after a long stent? but I am happy to buy the cheap ones from meijers near where I live, strange thing over chips? but I figure it's something to do with there procee? the potatoes themselves, or who knows what, I thought it might be just me, but I had others say the same with the smell and the taste, thought I'd have read others saying the same, but no other reviews? so hubba hubba, happy end of summer! : )

I have had repeated problems with the quality and taste of these potato chips from Sam's Club. Bag after bag have chips that are overcooked and brown, producing a burned flavor. These have to be seconds because I don't have this problem buying the Lay's chips from any other store.

Once again I decided to buy a big bag of potato chips at Sam's. I hadn't bought any for a long time because the bags were always at least 1/4 full of crushed up chips. Well, this time it's the entire bag. The ENTIRE bag is crushed up chips. Imagine getting ready for a party and opening these bags of chips. They are totally worthless. I have complained over the years, even been given replacements and they don't do anything about it. It makes no sense that every other store is capable of selling a bag of chips that aren't crushed and Sam's cannot figure it out for over a decade since I started going there. They are basically useless and garbage. Eating them all crushed up is very messy.

The bag which contained the Lay’ potato chip was already opened in the shipping box. The potato chips could not be consumed due to the unsanitary condition.
