I found the potato chips to be a great value. The price was excellent, especially considering the large quantity. I was also pleased to find that none of the chips were broken or smashed. This is a refreshing change from other large bags of chips. I will definitely continue buying these chips.

I was really disappointed this time — most of the chips were broken into tiny bits and pieces. It felt more like eating crumbs than actual chips. I expect better packaging and handling for a brand like Lay’s. The taste is the same classic flavor, but the experience was ruined because there were barely any whole chips left.

Shrinkflation in every product I buy makes me less satisfied. I would rather pay more and get same size product as in the last. Consumers aren't dumb. Crackers in packages are even smaller! It started years ago with frozen vegetables, coffee and tuna. I guess no manufacturer thinks about anything but the consumer-only profit. Boxed cake mixes are smaller and have the consumer add more water, oil. and eggs.

Chips are as tasty as ever BUT the size of the bag has turned into a mini bag, NOT a party size bag! Price is UP, too! One has to question the need to buy this product when other big box stores are offering BIG BOX size bags of perfectly good chips.

Love these chips- but DO NOT SHIP these to your house! Always buy in store! Ordered three bags, had three boxes shipped to my house. Thought “amazing! Individual boxes makes sense, no damage!” Wrong! Set all three boxes inside my home on my washer to unbox later only to return 2 hours later to ANTS CRAWLING ALL OVER MY WASHING MACHINE!! Carried immediately outside, opened each box to discover each bag had been so tightly packed into the individual cardboard boxes, one exploded and attracted ants into it as these are not sealed tight either. The inside was crawling with ants over the bag and inside the chips bag itself. Didn’t stop to snap a pic as it was disgusting as I was spraying bleach everywhere to kill the infestation. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the conditions I’ve received my food items when shipped from Sam’s but it is the first time I’ve had ants delivered with it. I opened another package that arrived 2 days prior that also had a deflated bag of Doritos in it now too- sans ants at least. Chips are the one thing Sam’s just can’t figure out how to properly ship without damage.

It's Lays Classic Potato Chips. You like them or you don't. I'm pretty sure I got these on sale but I just checked and they are $3.98 for 15 5/8oz which is a great price. WM is $4.98 for 13oz Party Size. To be fair. I did find a 15 1/4oz Party Size for $7.98 from a shady 3 star WM+ seller. Just sayin'.

A chip is a chip. I learned years ago when I worked at a potato chip factory. You’re only paying for the package. To my surprise, we were running lays potato chip bags and ran out. So they grabbed the next set of bags and lo and behold they were generic bags for chips. We used the same darn bin of chips for the generic bags as we did the lays.

Best chips ever! Bet you can’t eat just one.
