We are so sorry to hear about your water flow experience. I’d love to help you with this! Our shower heads come with flow restrictors, as we are a water conservation conscientious company. The following areas are where the flow restrictors are located: Handheld- Inside the bottom of the wand To remove the flow restrictor, gently remove the small, tiny ‘O’ ring inside, only the ‘O’ ring should be removed.
