[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There must not much there. It's not very filling or high protein. My kids enjoyed it but had to supplement with fruit and yogurt to fill them up. The package is nice and easy to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A small snack sealed in a thin layer of plastic to hold in freshness. It's a small single person serving. It tastes like a baby charcuterie board.
