The cheese is soft and the crackers are crisp. The turkey has some hard, fatty spots in it that neither kids nor I like. We ended up just eating th cheese and crackers and of course the chocolate sandwich cookie. The portion size is good for a snack for an adult or teen and does fill up my 6 year old. If the sliced turkey didn't have hard pieces I would definitely purchase these regularly!
