I have been avoiding sushi for years. I was sick and my son selected days thinking they would be nutritious and light and then I could eat a few at a time as I felt inclined. They were not at all what I expected. They had a very fresh, delicate, subtle taste and crunchy texture which was attributable to the fresh cucumbers. I’m still sick but I have sent my son back more and more for these. You live in learn, right?
