I bought three of these containers in 2016. Along the way, we lost a latch to one lid. I reached out to customer service 7 years later hoping to purchase a latch, and they offered to replace the whole container. We husband, daughter, and I use these to make salads ahead the night before, so our lunches are ready to go in the morning. I love that it separates everything to keep my ingredients fresh.

Bought this container a few years ago and absolutely love it. I use it several times a week and love the fact that I can keep cheese and meat that I'll top my salad with separate from the lettuce so everything stays nice and fresh when I prep my salad the night before. If I end up doing something else for lunch, the container keeps everything fresh until the next day as well. The removable dressing holder is also great because I'll usually pull that out of the fridge a bit before I eat so my homemade vinaigrette has time to reach room temp if it has solidified in the fridge after getting too cold. Had a small issue with the container as well, and dealt with customer service who were more than helpful getting my issue sorted.

Great container overall -- my daughter uses it probably 2-3 times per week for her school lunches. She mostly puts salad in there and enjoys the top compartments for veggies and fruit. But, unfortunately after 5.5 months of strong usage during the school week, one of the clasps broke. She loves the look of the blush pink/marble as well.

Bought on a whim, really. Thought it looked small enough to bring food on a flight w/ layover. Crammed salad & protein below, dressing and veggies above. Had some salad on plane. Layover flight cancelled, stuck in Chicago. Had salad in hotel and next day at airport. 3 meals! Leant to cousin who promptly lost the fork (it has a slot!) and customer service is sending me another one. I love Bentgo and will recommend to everyone. Great product, great company!

I bought this bowl about a year ago and I love it for lunches. I have purchased two more for my kids, these are perfect for packing salads for lunches. The dividers and separate dressing container ensures that nothing gets soggy before you are ready to enjoy your lunch!

I bought this item a few years back and use it consistently for my lunch as a teacher. I was upset when one of the locking side pieces broke- the tiny plastic part that fits it into the other piece broke off on one side. The item was still functional though. Then, the same thing happened to the other side! I have other Bentgo products and have not had issues with them. I wish this product was more durable though.

I saw this on Zulily and was super excited to purchase it & give it a go. I thought it would be a great product to pack salad in and eat healthier. While overall I like the product - good size, top tray for the salad fixin's is handy preventing the salad going soggy but I was very disappointed in the top/lid design - the included fork is too flat & tines too short rendering it useless and the cover for the fork keeps falling out of the main lid. I very disappointed that the fork cover doesn't lock when the container is. The fork lid and fork kept falling out during transport. This design flaw is the biggest disappointment for this product otherwise overall it's a great idea and decent size. FYI - I ended up removed/not using both the fork cover and fork but wish it was more functional. I'll just bring a regular fork with me instead.

Bought 2 of these for my kids lunch, and find that the "airtight" lid is not so great. When I contacted customer service, their explanation was that the airtight lid was referring to the cutlery cover, which is definitely NOT the case. She said you should expect things to still leak and they recommend using a leak proof bag and making sure the salad container never gets tipped over. I am super disappointed that this is advertised as a salad container, in which you would pack reasonable things like tomatoes, strawberries, and other fruit which may have some juices, but it should not leak the way that it does. I'm even more appalled in the total lack of effort from customer service and the insistence that "airtight" referred to the fork compartment and not the actual lid, which is absolutely not what is advertised!

I have a few Bentgo containers and I use one of them everyday to bring my lunch to work. I think they are so great, I have bought them as gifts to share with family as well. This container works perfectly for a generous lunch or dinner salad. I love how the separate compartments let me keep the ingredients all separate so they stay fresh, and I love the way the fork locks into the lid. The container is sealed and there are no leaks in my lunchbox. Using these containers to bring a healthy lunch to work for the past few years has saved me money and helped me lose weight. Thanks!

I bought the pink marble container a year ago. Love it and was so sad when the clip on one side broke. Not wanting to throw it away I checked to see if Bentgo had a replacement lid. Not finding one I reached out to customer service to see if they had any. They replaced my whole container. Awesome!
