Michelin Defender 2 (Summer Tires) are great.  Purchased May 2025.

Smooth driving

Too early to tell.  Tires were installed yesterday and have been driven about 10 miles.

Very quiet and has good coverage. This is my third time renewing my tires.

Great Value

Really bad traction in the rain and on wet roads.

Not good in rain

I was told by the manager who wrote up my appointment that the new tires would be placed on the front of the car and that the old tires on the front, would be rotated to the back. That was not done. The manager on site, when I reported my compliant, would not make the correction. He stated that the new tires are always on the back and that I would have had to sign a waiver if I wanted them on the front. I was not told that. The manager who initially took the appointment, said that it was their process to put the new tires on the front. I believe my tires were put on the back instead of rotating them was done out of convenience to save time in their productivity. My car was the last appointment that day.

Bad customer service

This is my fourth set of Michelin's for three different cars. Second set on my Santa Fe. Just love them the ride is just so smooth. But more than even thing is the Michelin's reputation. Again just a perfect tire for all season long. Thanks Michelin.
