These tires are absolute garbage in the rain after 3 months. Whatever changed from previous defenders they should go back to. I tried with 90+ percent treadwear to have them warrantied and the credit offered was insulting. I have used defenders for ages but Michelin has lost me as a customer for life. Bas bad as the OE Hankook tires in civics. Never again. Premium price for awful wet performance.

Installed the defender on our XC70 ‘04 & XC90 ‘08. So far no complaints. Balanced nicely. Good ride. Ran in heavy rain in the XC90 and liked the performance, by the way XC90 size 255/50 19 so on the wider size. I will not be running them in winter as have separate snows.

I replaced Goodyear tires on my wife’s Acura TLX with a set of Michelin Defender2’s. I also replaced the OE Firestone tires on my mother in law’s Jeep Compass with the Michelin Defender2 tires. My wife and Mother in law immediately told me that their vehicles ride way better, handles better, and it is more quiet in their vehicles. As for the design, I love the way Michele tires look on almost all vehicles. All I can say about the construction and materials is that the tires appear to be made well. I am 53 years old and have never had a Michelin tire let me down. So I trust Michelin enough to use their tires on my family’s vehicles. Bought a set of tires for My Honda Pilot exactly a year ago and the tires are not good! When is wet or damp the traction is horrible, almost had an accident because tires kept spinning luckily nothing happened but I thought this tires were supposed to be good in wet conditions. Went to the place I bought them and they took them back but had to pay the difference for a different set of tires, NOT Michelin! So disappointed!

Had 2 incidents in one month. 1st incident tire only months old, apparently picked up a screw somewhere, no warning and tire blew. Covered under warranty and then a second incident with no nail or any apparent damage to the tire and the low pressure light came on. In seconds the tire ripped along the rim on both sides leaving about 2inches rubber and the rolled off the car. I was on a 4 lane freeway both times and it this could have been disastrous. Thankful no one was injured. I did get to the shoulder of the freeway as my tire rolled past me and rested on the concrete barrier

I love the performance of my tires. Have been buying michelin for years and will not change. Matter of fact I put these on my 2017 honda in April and got a new honda in june. I insisted they switch the tires off the new vehicle and put my michelins on it which they did

I love my tires. I was distressed because we had a flat tire in the high-speed lane. We were concerned about replacing it. We were blessed to find a great company that replaced all four. We got a front-end alignment. I feel like I'm driving atop of the line Cadillac. My Highlander has always been a great ride, but the tires have made it a dream, and they look great. Bravo

I would not drive my car without Michelin Tires (and I have two Cars) since I purchased the car new in 2006. I have all ways purchased the best tire they make for my cars and have had nothing but the best ride and performance I could get from tires. Never had a tire that was defective and I have outstanding mileage performance from the Michelin Brand.

I has one tire replaced due to dry rot and then a couple weeks after that the rest of the set (3) I was so happy how my car drove I bought the Lincoln town car used and these new tires made the car drive so much better like driving on butter I had another Lincoln and it drove the same with Michelin tires the defender 2 are great tires

I replaced the factory Michelon's on my 2015 HONDA Odyssey with a new set of the same tire. Why change what has worked so well for the last 10 years! I couldn't be more pleased. They improved the handling of the vehicle...I had 65K on the last set...and the new set is smooth and quiet. I definitely will buy again.
