They do taste similar to twizzlers but are little more tasty. All in all, I would recommend this one!

While they possess a soft and chewy texture, the flavor appears highly artificial and tasted more like cherry. I had anticipated a natural strawberry flavor, which was not present in this licorice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was very strong and durable. I like that it was sealable so it could be the licorice fresh. The flavor wasn't what I was expecting. It tasted more like fruit punch with a hint of a black licorice flavor, while I was expecting a strawberry flavor. I do like the size of these pieces. They have the length and thickness of a battery which I actually really like. I feel like I get a good couple bites out of each piece so I only feel like I only need a few rather than grabbing a handful. The texture was very nice as well. It wasn't too hard and not too soft either. It was a smooth bite and the same with the chews. I didn't feel like I had to worry about my teeth falling out. I overall enjoyed this licorice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve tried a few flavors of Wiley Wallaby Licorice and they’ve all been great, but the Classic Red is definitely amongst our favorites. The strawberry flavor is front and center and doesn’t taste synthetic or overly sugary. The pieces are just the right size to be easy to eat but still get that great chewiness you want from licorice. I love having them on hand for when you just want a little something sweet - 2 or 3 pieces does the trick for me and feels very satisfying without having a bunch of sweets. I would definitely recommend them, even if you’re not typically a fan of red licorice, which I’m not. Wiley Wallaby is definitely a different level of quality and flavor to what you usually find on store shelves. This licorice is much softer, tastier and fresher than your average licorice brands. I like how soft it is and how it doesn’t get so stuck in your teeth. I don’t love a lot of strawberry flavored candies because they have that chemical-like profile. The Wiley Wallaby brand has a much more natural strawberry flavor, which is super impressive! Definitely interested in trying other flavors as well!
