These are amazing for a germ-a-phobe. Some of the reviews are little suspect....Obviously you shouldn't be putting your tongue on these. They do NOT smell. And if you've got a bad cold,your nose is going to get red from constantly blowing it out. Thank you Kleenex!

Love that these tissues are 3-ply. If you look closely, there are little blue dots all over the tissue. These are “activated” by moisture and are essentially what kill the germs. I was concerned at first that this anti-viral property would increase skin irritation but after going through several boxes, I didn’t experience any issues!

I’m a member of the Crowdtap Kleenex Brand® rewards program, and Kleenex® Brand sent me this product to review. Before receiving the package, I was a bit skeptical as to if tissues could truly be "anti-viral" as they claim. I have not gotten a flu shot this year and thankfully, I have not been around anyone with the flu. A few days after this package was delivered, we had house guests over to celebrate the New Year. One of the guests walked in the door sneezing & sniffling, complaining of a cold. Immediately, I offered the Anti-Viral Kleenex I received from Crowdtap. I credit Vitamin C and these tissues that I survived the occasion without becoming ill. A few days later, I had a sinus infection of my own and although not viral, I felt that the anti-viral Kleenex get my germs contained and perhaps lessened the time of the infection (or maybe it was all the sleeping I did!) My only request is that these tissues are made a bit softer, thus why I gave a soft rating of only 4 stars.

This is only a possible rare case, but since tissues are used and sometimes we don't really know whatbis in them. This is only for the antibacterial tissues. My allergies started in late fall and I've always used tissues with lotion or aloe. Since the Corona virus, I was being proactive with the kleenex antibacterial tissues..well not so good. While my allergies are thatnot bad, I do have congestion and runny nose. The following is only my experience, I developed a case of extreme dermatitis due from wearing a mask, so bad that my face literally has peeled. Several times in the past year. So , this is just a precaution for anyone who has developed s k in sensitivity. I would advice the plain soft or just aloe.

These tissues are embedded with Citric Acid, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and other additives to provide enhanced protection against viral spread during use. These tissues are intended only for the face as it is meant to reduce (by 99.9 %) viral exposure in the act of sneezing or mucosal expulsion. The tissues are thicker as they are comprised of three layers with one layer exhibiting a blue dot pattern. This pattern is supposed to indicate "anti-viral" capabilities.  Overall the tissues are more of a gimmick rather than a "wonder" tissue. The main issue is the ease in which the tissue separates during the act of blowing or wiping off the nose. Despite the three layers my fingers had more contact with my nose then the tissue did. I would not recommend it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the opportunity to test out Kleenex Anti-Viral tissues complementary from Home Tester Club. I really like that they are anti- viral especially with everyone’s allergies this year you can never be too careful with viral germs. They are very soft to the touch and very gentle on your face. They don’t have have any fragrance added and have no sent. They are also pretty durable and don’t rip easily. The packaging is nice looking, it’s very colorful so the tissue box look nice sitting in your home.

These antiviral tissues are supposed to kill 99.9% of virus, although it is difficult to test for that, I feel better knowing there is an extra level of protection. The box of tissues has a cute look and I don't mind keeping them on my counter. I would definitely recommend these tissues.

I have used kleenex products for many years and always been pleased. This product should have a warning label on it. It burns the eyes very painfully. When the kleenex is damp it releases something that causes pain and irritation to the eyes. Very disappointed.
