It’s getting ridiculous bought the controller then get and email saying it’s coming sooner waited all day just to get an email the end of the day saying sorry something went wrong we are refunding you your money in 5 business days like what is the point of saying you can drop it off sooner if you don’t have it ??

Nice looking and it works well, as expected. I've only had it 3 days so, if anything changes, I'll update this review. I bought it as a replacement for the original controller, which I've had since the PS5s came out, and which had a malfunctioning shoulder button that I decided to replace instead of messing with fixing - I'll fix it one of these days when I have more time.

Ordered my son 3 of these controllers last year 2022 and They didn’t work. Tried to give the benefit of doubt and order my son a controller AGAIN because he hasn’t played his PS5 in a year. And AGAIN!!!! THEY DON’T WORK!!!! I’m starting a return on this item and I’m never online shopping with Walmart again!!!!

It’s a nice dark grape purple color. It definitely isn’t as bright as it is in the picture shown. It’s darker and more dull. It’s still a very nice color just not what I was expecting. Luckily when I purchased it, it was not more $ than the black or white.

Bought brand new for my son for Christmas. Straight out of the packaging, he hooked it up to his brand new PS5 and immediately noticed the direction pad and left analog stick are not working properly. As an example, he couldn’t run around on Fortnite. Going to try to return, but we threw out the box so not sure if it will be allowed :( there goes almost $80!

Bought the controller, used it for less than a week and the square button broke and started sticking. Bought another one the same exact color after returning the first one, now after a week of use, the X button is doing the same exact thing. Insane I could use my PS4 controllers constantly for years without issue, and they weren’t even $80

I was hesitant to buy this dual sense since I already owned 5 other colors but I decided to buy this one anyway because it’s metallic. The controller has a different thumbstick feel and I like the texture of the controller. I pre ordered the silver one and I’m excited for it. I have 6 dual senses which is more than enough but I can’t help myself as long as Sony continue to sell nice colors

already experiencing stick drift with the analog sticks in less than 4 months of use. Buyers Beware and be aware that 80 bucks for something to malfunction so quickly is in my opinion A SCAM! BTW I'm an occasional player who puts in about 4 to 6(maybe more)hours a week alternating controllers between gsmes to keep them charged.

This PS5 controller not only looks better but is sturdier than previous Play Station controllers. The kids have dropped it a few times and no problems so far. The only thing I would add to it would be a better grip. The Xbox controllers have more of it on the handles and it feels better.

i had purchased a galaxy purple ps5 controller on a black friday sale. right out of the box there was a left stick drift. i bought the 2 year warranty with it. i brought the controller back to just exchange it for one that worked and spent about 45 minutes being told that i would have to send it through the warranty company. that would be ok but i just bought this item there not even a week earlier. Finally a manager came over and had to call another manager to ok that i could exchange it. once i got the new controller everything was great with it
