I liked everything about this Controller. The easy handling of the controls.. the way it fits comfortably in our hands and the beautiful colors it came in. The Delivery was great too.

The controller was not as advertised. This is not a Playstation Dual-sense controller it is offbrand. I believe the actual Playstation brand of the white controller is cheaper than this.

How do I return the 3 year warranty that I bought with the controller? What good is a warranty on product I don't have? This is not at all clear on your website and your website if VERY difficult to determine how to process returns.

The box was opened when I received it. When I checked in the box the controller was a little dirty. Had a few like-stains. I'm looking somewhere else for a controller.

The PS5 remotes are simply fantastic, and it's hard to believe that they cost less than the PS4 remotes. They provide a seamless gaming experience with their responsive controls and impressive features. The design and build quality are top-notch, making them comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions. Overall, these remotes offer incredible value for their price.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m obsessed with this controller as I LOVE anything camouflage! This controller’s battery lasts a few hours of playing, is durable, feels great in the hand and the bluetooth pairs well with recent devices. I haven’t had any issues with this thus far.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The PlayStation®5 DualSense™ Wireless Controller in Nova Pink combines sleek design with enhanced functionality. Its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback offer immersive gaming experiences, while the vibrant pink color adds personality. A must-have for PlayStation enthusiasts looking to elevate their gaming sessions with style and precision.

I admit I was about to send it back due to connection issues, lol! I'm used to connecting new controllers to the console via the charging cord %26 it would automatically connect on my previous consoles. But not this one. You must connect through settings %26 Bluetooth. You're welcome. :)

Terribly overrated product. Feels good to hold and use but I've had 4 since launch. Stick drift happens every time after about 4 months. If you own a PS5, Sony now has you in a vice. If you think a 3rd party controller is an option..prepare to shell out $250 for one Sony "allows".

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this to use with my game machine I liked the colour and the price was okay. It’s super easy to use and play games with it. The colour is nice and blue, it’s a good controller and works great.
