I have had a gastric Bypass on 4-9-14 and require high protein diet. Before the Surgery I was drinking Boost glucose control. They were perfect. taste just like a chocolate milk. Now after surgery I cant drink the boost cause it has to many calories and not enough protein so I tried a lot of powders that taste SUPER NASTY. The EAS drinks were ok but not enough protein and had an after taste. These Premier Taste very close to the BOOST and have 30g protein to boot. The bad part is they are EXPENSIVE. I have to get around 80g protein a day minimum so I have to drink 2 shakes a day . Thats five 12pks I have to buy a month. $94.40 a month in these shakes. I bough 2 12pks so far and I opened the 2nd 12pk and noticed the thickness of the shake had gone to pudding. I read another review on here that said they had that problem back in 2007. I called the company and they are replacing the 12pk for free. I hope I dont get anymore like that. It was to thick to drink. so overall these are the best I have found for post surgery. Im done sampling protein powders too..

I've been on it a Month and losing two pounds a week . My trainer said I was stalled because not enough protein in my daily diet.I had too many Carbs and fats with what I thought was healthy foods.Sure enough , My "Lose it "APP showed in the Nutrients graph . Premier was bringing my Protein Levels daily where they needed to be. The weight and Hunger pangs both went away. I still go to the gym three times a week . But now I have trimmed backed on the Biking I was doing before I tried Premier. I'm still losing weight. Lost 30 pounds since July and need another 30. I'll get there with Premier. Watch your food nutrition labels carbs sugars fats.

I've had these shakes over the past two years after having them recommended to me by a doctor. They were very tasty and filling. Worked well for breakfast when I had to get up early and held me over for most of the morning. I just bought a case after not having them for a few months. I took one to work and opened it up at snack time and to my surprise, a sludgey, clumpy shake globbed out of the container. I thought they may just be a bad case and exchanged it. Unfortunately, I was greeted with the same issues with the second case. Upon looking around online and speaking with the company, it appears they have changed the formula and recommended buying a shaker cup to get the chunks out. No thanks. I'll be switching to someone else. It's a shame, it was a really good product.

I’ve bought this product for years but I have recently gotten a few of the shakes tasting weird like they were expired and had to throw them away. I’m hoping that this does not happen again since they are not cheap at all and you don’t get a discount for it either so it just makes them even more expensive as they already are.

I bought the Premier brand due to a sale instead of my usual Members Mark brand. It wasnt really worth saving those few pennies on the dollar, in my opinion. Members Mark is better tasting, a little thicker consistency which makes it like a good quality chocolate milk and has no 'chemically' after taste like the Premier brand has.

My wife and I had Gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico a short time ago (good choice After Proper Research !) and require a high protein diet. This is By Far the best tasting drink we have found. The price is good and the protein level is excellent. We have tried many brand names and generics, I think we will stick with Premier.

VSG patient here! My sister & I like these! Before VSG Sx we liked a lot of flavors, post Sx not so much. You have to try the flavors again & see which sit well. But in our case flavors chocolate & coffee always sat well. We’re in LOVE w/ the coffee flavor & chocolate is our #2 to go to!

I have tried quite a few different protien shakes and powders. This one is easy to get down, tastes pretty good, is low in sugar and carbs, and packs a lot of protien into one drink. It keeps me full too. I think they are a bit expensive but again its hard to find a good one so I bite the bullet and pay the money for them.

This is the BEST Chocolate drink I have ever experienced. So good to have right before you know you are going out to run errands.. you should not get hungry or crave. Since I work from home I drink these as I start my work day and I have to stop myself because one of them is 30 grams of protein but I want to drink 2 or 3... . They seriously will curb your appetite. I don’t crave with this flavor because I get my “chocolate” fix. Not a fan of the cookies & cream though...

Due to sharp price increase, my 78 year old mom refuses to buy anymore, fixed income prevents her from doing so. Hopefully we can still get a good sale on it when it doesn’t sell as fast??? She would faithfully drink this product daily and was feeling better health wise , too bad the company couldn’t be as faithful back.
