I use this to replace a meal when I don’t have time to cook or stop what I’m doing. Gives good nutrition without all the fat and calories of fast food.

I have one of these every day and I like to try different flavors for variety. I am happy there are so many to choose from. The Pumpkin flavor was great, I wish it wasn't seasonal.

Tried the chocolate flavor of Premier Protein and it is very good and leaves no after taste. It has been a good choice for us to get some addition protein into our diet.
