I have tried dozens of powder and ready to drink protein shakes. This one has a rich but not too thick consistency with no aftertaste. Good for pre-work out, meal replacement or nutrition supplementation.

If you like regular chocolate milk, odds are you will like this, too. I eat it at noon with a protein bar, and it satisfies my sweet cravings (I am type 2 diabetic).

I love the fact it gives me 30 grams of protein plus vitamins and a small dose of caffeine to start the day. Taste is like having a morning latte for this coffee lover.

Some of these arrived with their seals having been opened so they were spoiled on the inside—that was yucky. Most of these were good but you fo have to be sure to shake them thoroughly. I like them for breakfast since the protein keeps me satisfied.
