I have been a daily consumer Premier Protein for over six years. I relied on this product for consistency, flavor, and its nutritional profile. Unfortunately, the recent formula change is so profoundly disappointing that I am now leaving the brand. This change did not improve the product in any way; it made it worse across the board. Flavor is Worse: While the old formula was reliable, the new one did not improve the flavor profile. If anything, it seems less palatable and artificial. Consistency is Thin and Watery: The creamy consistency the product was known for is gone. The new shake is noticeably thinner and less satisfying, making the drink experience for our less enjoyable. Sodium increase: I am extremely disappointed that the sodium continent has been inexplicably increase. This is a step in the wrong direction for a supplement many of us rely on for healthy, low–sodium intake. Once I finish choking down the reunion stock, I purchased, I will be actively searching for a new protein shake option. To lose a customer who has purchased your product daily for more than half a decade should be a huge warning sign. I cannot recommend this new formulation.

I noticed the colors on the packaging changed but nowhere did it say that the formula changed. I am very disappointed with the flavor. They do not taste the same, and the texture has changed too. What a shame because this brand and flavor was my go-to. Will not buy again!

the new formula is awful. I drink a premier protein shake everyday for 6 years and I tried the new one and returned to the store...it clumps up and doesn't mix well no matter how hard to try to shake it up ...there is a lot for something still in the bottom...I'm now looking for a new shake to go too...to bad it was my favorite protein shake...

I've drank this shake for about 15 years each morning for breakfast. The company has received changed it and is marketing it as "new and improved". It is not. After I finish the four boxes I just purchased, I will start buying other brands. The shake tastes diluted, watered down, the strong chocolate flavor is gone. I'm hoping enough people will complain that the company will revert to the original flavor. Had I known it was going to change, I would have purchased several boxes. Very disappointed.

Product has changed, not for the good. The purple bottles are different than the old chocolate bottles. Taste is just ok, sodium is higher, and the contents have settled in the bottle and won't mix up when shaken. I tried drinking a bit and then shaking it up but still has a heavy clump at the bottom. I don't know why they had to mess up a good product. I'll return the 2nd case i bought and look for something else.

I do not appreciate that my items were delivered to the front of my garage and not delivered to my front door.. how lazy is the delivery person that they cannot deliver to my front door !!!! Ridiculous … these items could have easily been stolen sitting in the front of my garage !!! Box was damaged and a bottle of armor lyte damaged
