Ive been drinking protein shake for the last couple of years. I saw this product online from sams.com so i decided to purchase since its on sale. At first ithought the quality is poor since its cheap but i was surpriced when i tried it. It tastes so good and i can bring it zt work because its on tetrapack.

I was spending too much time food prepping lean protein and steamed vegetables while healing myself from or reporting negative effects from vitamin pills and gummies. I wanted to save time and consume a vitamin supplement that wouldn’t upset my stomach. Unfortunately, this product cannot be consumed as a sole source for vitamins. I had a vitamin deficiency even while eating lean proteins, steamed vegetables, vitamin concentrated cereal, vitamin pills and gummies without experiencing such brittleness in my nails. Aside from that, my family has commented that I look stockier since consuming this product. I don’t lift weights so this should not be the case and I do see the difference as soon as I stop consuming this product.

I am accustomed to drinking another brand, but my husband couldn't find it, so he bought this. BLEHCK! I use it to take my pills (mostly supplements) in the evenings. Fortunately, I took a drink before I tried to take pills. Comparatively does not come close to drinking anything I would know as chocolate. Obviously, I do not know how people choke this down. Most of it got thrown away before I realized that it would be something good to share with homeless people who pan handle. Anyway, with all the positive ratings I really expected much more.

I bought both Vanilla and Chocolate flavored The amount of protein you get per shake is really good and I like that they are ready to drink, but the taste is really lacking! It is too easy to buy Advocare(25g protein per serving), or EAS(15g per serving) powdered protein and make your own that tastes SO MUCH better! If you add fruit, to make a smoothie, the taste can be lived with! I'll drink the ones I bought, but that will be it!

Sam's Club stop breaking promises about refunds/ credits!

Wouldn't buy again. Didn't like taste.
