I decided to give this product a try and oh boy, I'm so glad I did! I've tried protein powders and honestly, those taste just awful, but this shake is actually good and it helps me get in my protein without adding a bunch of calories, carbs, and sugar or fat. Sam's is also the cheapest place to get it so next time you're shopping, pick up a case!

I expected them to leave somewhat of a chalky taste but for the price I couldn't really complain. The nutrition value is great for anyone not just if you are on a diet or working out. However with that being said I will continue to buy these because the flavor is great! Nothing bad to say about these shakes.

I've been buying this brand of protein shakes for quite some time now. They taste great! However, the selection was recently reduced to only Chocolate and Vanilla. Banana, Peach, Oreo, Caramel and even Strawberry, were all removed. I go through at least 6 cases a month and, on the days that I feel really nauseous, I can't drink the Chocolate shakes. I would give the shakes a 5 star rating but, for those of us who rely on protein shakes because we can't eat regular food, the lack of variety is problematic.

I love the shakes bit most of the time I go into Sams room get the flavor I like they dont have ot. Y son loves the cookies and cream, why cant they order that? We went to tupelo miss.and Tuscaloosa ala. still cant find it. Sam's club plz get some in your stores

Unfortunately, I don't get enough protein in my daily diet, so I've been buying these to make sure I meet my daily requirement. These are the best tasting shakes that I've found and they have a ton of protein so I only need to drink 1 a day. I do like to make sure I shake them well, so I usually give it a shake, take a sip and then shake it really well. Chocolate and Vanilla are both good. I haven't tried the Banana or Strawberry.

It's hard to find a product that's low in sugar, fat, carbs and calories!! This is it in a bottle with great protein replacement and a meal. I would recommend this to anyone. I do agree with other consumers that the price could be better. Overall, it's fabulous!!

Okay, so I purchased Premier Protein, Atkins and Muscle Milk at the same time. The next three days I tried each one in the morning, hard a normal lunch and shake for dinner. With each shake I also ate a banana. I quickly discovered that Premier Protein and Atkins reduced my appetite for at least 4 to 5 hours. With Muscle Milk 25% protein I started getting hunger in 3 hours. In the first 10 days I lost 8 pounds. In regard to taste, I prefer Premier Protein and Atkins vanilla. Premier does have a peach flavor that is very good. However, Premier Protein's strawberry does not have a strawberry flavor, but it is still good. I must say using the 30g protein shakes with Premier is a very easy diet to attempt. I believe that if you want to lose weight Premier or Atkins are excellent choices.

I have been using these now a year and I am down 40 lbs I use with yogurt, or another powder shake mix, mix with coffee, and coffee protein powder. So much versatility. I use sugar free syrup with them to for different takes. No after tastes is such a plus!

This is the best shake I have found with this level of protein! I am a type 1 diabetic so I love that it is also low carb without a bunch of fillers in it to make it low carb. I'm not a big breakfast person and this I can drink quickly and get energized for my day. Highly Recommend!

I had bariatric surgery almost a year ago, and this product has been the best source of protein I have found and it helps that it tastes wonderful. I live on these shakes!!! I drink at least one per day and sometimes two per day. They are great and the price helps.
