This product is very high in protein and low in carbs. Exactly what my doctor ordered. I love the chocolate! If you put it in the freezer for a half hour to get extra cold it is even better.

They could have saved space on the package and just called is Choc as that;'s what it tastes like watered down flavor and chalk. Not sure why Boost is no longer available at Sam's
