I have bought this product for years but no more. This product contains Carrageenan. My healthy 21-year-old nephew went to the ER after drinking a coffee with Carrageenan. He had symptoms of a heart attack and was bent over with stomach pain. The use of this ingredient in infant formula has been banned in the EU. Carrageenan has been linked to gastrointestinal inflammation. Please do your own research on this ingredient.

This is the best tasting protein drink ever and i am using it for a wt loss program and for my parents to supplement their protein. This is cheaper than ensure or boost as 1/2 of one of these is equal to ensure etc. Ensure is $1.20 each and this which give twice the protein is $1.57

This is the BEST Chocolate drink I have ever experienced. So good to have right before you know you are going out to run errands.. you should not get hungry or crave. Since I work from home I drink these as I start my work day and I have to stop myself because one of them is 30 grams of protein but I want to drink 2 or 3... . They seriously will curb your appetite. I don’t crave with this flavor because I get my “chocolate” fix. Not a fan of the cookies & cream though...

Although the caramel tends to be a little sweet for me.Well, the Premier brand has always been my go to as I love the bananas and cream, café latte, and caramel flavors. Although the caramel tends to be a little sweet for Me. My favorite is the café latte. This chocolate one just misses the mark for me. It is not chocolatey enough. I am used to dark chocolate and maybe that’s why but this one just doesn’t do it for me. It has a slightly chocolate taste, but it’s not enough to even Collett chocolate in my opinion. I had to drink all of them as I paid for them, but I do not think that I will purchase them again. I had to add some monin dark chocolate syrup to it a few times to get it to taste like chocolate. I also always used to add my fresh brewed coffee to it to make it into a quasi-mocha. I will say that it has all of the same nutrition as the other flavors and the same number of low calories and extremely low sugar and carb count. Those are both pluses for me. If you’re used to milk chocolate, then I think you would enjoy this one.

I need a protein drink that can get down & enjoy it. I don’t usually eat breakfast but know I need protein & the premier protein seems to do the trick for me. I recently started back on a weight training program & know I need protein to help with muscle growth, the flavor & consistency is good.

I purchased this product as a meal replacement for the high protein. It says shake well but there was no shaking it. I found that to be odd. It was too thick for a straw and it concerned me so I called the toll free # on the box and spoke to the company. My first question to the rep was "are you familiar with the product?" she answered 'yes' so I asked if the product was supposed to be think she said no and said that there was a few batches made with too much thickener in it and asked where I purchased the product and asked if I would like a free replacement shipment sent to me at no cost and I didn't have to return the unused product. I told her I purchased a 12 pack and my shipment came today (took about a week) and I received a pack of 18. They are rich, creamy and very tasty. It's not the fault of the Sams Club where it was purchased but rather the manufacture. Too bad the previous poster didn't speak to a rep that was intelligent [or at least knew the product] to know it was not supposed to be think and clumpy! (the nickname was from a previous post and I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to change it..I am happy with this product)

I have this shake every morning for breakfast. It tastes better than most meal replacement shakes, and is great for satiation.This shake holds me over until my next meal with no problem. When I had problems with the clumpy shakes I contacted the company and took care of the problem right away. I'll drink these until they stop making them.
