Bought for quick on the go protein shake for my hubs when on a full liquid/high protein diet for a few weeks. He liked the flavor and the high protein helped meet goals when he wasn't very hungry. I would use them as a coffee creamer replacement if I used creamer as well. Lots of flavors out there to choose from.

Okay, so I purchased Premier Protein, Atkins and Muscle Milk at the same time. The next three days I tried each one in the morning, hard a normal lunch and shake for dinner. With each shake I also ate a banana. I quickly discovered that Premier Protein and Atkins reduced my appetite for at least 4 to 5 hours. With Muscle Milk 25% protein I started getting hunger in 3 hours. In the first 10 days I lost 8 pounds. In regard to taste, I prefer Premier Protein and Atkins vanilla. Premier does have a peach flavor that is very good. However, Premier Protein's strawberry does not have a strawberry flavor, but it is still good. I must say using the 30g protein shakes with Premier is a very easy diet to attempt. I believe that if you want to lose weight Premier or Atkins are excellent choices.

I tried these shakes on a whim. The chocolate is for sure my favorite flavor! I drink these after a workout and the vanilla seems too sweet. The strawberries and cream flavor is good too. I can drink these cold or at room temp, even thinking about turning it into "hot chocolate" for winter. The nutrition ratios are excellent when you look at the amount of protein, calories and carbs.

I think the quality of these shakes has gone downhill. In one package a shake must have not sealed all the way during manufacturing and was sour. Other times there are clumps in the sake while drinking. I started pouring into a cup and mixing now. I also had two bloated bottles that felt like bricks and I threw away. I contacted the company to let them know. After drinking a shake this morning and something in my mouth after taking the final sip and having to spit it out, I am done with this product. I plan to return the two un opened boxes I recently ordered to Sams. Quality control needs to be better and I was a long time customer that has now been lost due to poor quality.

I tried these but returned to the Premier Bars because of the taste and they where not as filling. Both taste and filling are subjective. I did not find the taste objectionable but I thought the bars better. The filling aspect likewise is a personal observation. The amount is ample but for me liquids leave the stomach quickly. I preferred the bars but you may find for the drink. Try both. Both are a good product.

Where is the chocolate flavor?? I could not taste one bit of chocolate. It was so blah. I have tried cookies and cream and caramel before, and those both have at least a little flavor. I’ll never buy chocolate again. It’s drinkable but not enjoyable at all.

I did not like it alone but it works well in a veggie smoothie. I used this, greek yogurt, a handful of spinach, 1/2 cupfrozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and a packet of truvia. You can use splenda or regular sugar your choice. Blend very well until it is smooth. Drink before it cools.

I love these! They are so delicious and taste like chocolate milk. They are also very filling. I will buy them again once I run out. I highly recommend them. The only thing I hate is that they're so expensive, but hey that's what it costs to be on the go. :)

This is an awesome post workout protein supplement. Most protein shakes make me nauseous after drinking them, because of how nasty they taste combined with exhaustion from exercise. This one i can drink without any problems, tastes great, not clumpy, and if bought at Sam's a decent price.

I bought this yesterday and I love it. The taste is similar to Slim Fast and does leave a vitamin after-taste and is best when ice cold. But It has 1g of sugar! When Slim Fast has around 25g-30g of sugar per bottle. It is also low fat and 160cals. I will buy more. They have vanilla, choc., strawberry, and banana. And I got it on sale $4 off.
