I purchased this to use as an ingredient in my protein ice cream that I make with my ninja creami. It works well in the ice cream but when I drink it it’s my least favorite flavor that premier protein makes.

I have used this product for a number of years to increase protein intake. I have always found it to be more than acceptable. However, I only purchase it when it is on sale as the unit price is better.

I needed to get more protein, and doctor recommended protein shakes. I compared sodium, sugar, and other considerations and decided to try this brand. I have never liked the taste of protein shakes. I actually look forward to my shake!

My elderly Mom drinks these in the morning because she will not eat til close to 2 pm daily. These are great to get her pills down and get her up and going.
