Had this for awhile now and I'm very pleased with it. My wife likes less firm and I like more firm. This with the pillow top worked for us. We both sleep great. Not too sure why others think it's too firm. It's not a gel or foam mattress.

We have had this mattress for a couple weeks now and it has been so comfortable! My husband and I both love how soft the pillow top is and have been sleeping great again! The quality of Serra mattresses never disappoint.

O was so glad to recìeve my bed and tohave a serta mattress boy, that was a special treat. My daughter when she came to spend the weekend with me it sleeps so good

I got this mattress about a week ago after having an older mattress with a foam topper. This bed is firm but giving and have made an immense difference in my sleep.

This is good but for the shot people not very good why because it’s hard to reach and overall it’s very soft and if you try to jump on it is very hard.

My first one slept great, but had to return for a stitching issue on one of the side straps. If this one sleeps as good as the last one, it will be a good nights sleep night after night.

I got this mattress for my sons bedroom. He loves it to the point I have to drag him out of bed some days. The mattress is firm enough to provide support yet soft enough to not feel stiff. Overall it is a very comfortable mattress to sleep on.

I just received the mattress like 30 minutes ago, using the handle to adjust the bed, the handle came right off. Serta needs to improve that, it needs to be sawed the handle stronger (triple sticks, reverse…) I am not 100% happy…
