I'm not sure what everyone else found so good about this flavor. More chalky than Premier's others. Low sugar/carbs and high protein make it tolerable.

I've been loyal to the latte flavor for years, but after reading some great reviews, I decided to try this one—and it's now my favorite! I make it into a pudding using sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, Lactaid milk (to reach 2 cups), and 36 grams of sugar-free Cool Whip. I blend it all, portion it into 4-oz containers, and it's perfect for snacking. I usually double the batch because it's just that good!
