Comfortable chair but wish the arm rest adjusted in more. Had to remove lumbar support for more comfort.

The seat is comfortable and have big space, however, the place to put your arm is not solid and sturdy. Generally, I really like this chair.

Its agreat chair, however, the arm rest of one of them is really loose. No matter how much you tighten it it's still loose. Overall the chair is good and the pillows that ca.e with it is helpful.

A NOTE on the BACK SEAT COVER. It's a cover - it's velcro'd at the sides. Lift the flap from the bottom and the screw holes are easily accessible. Added benefit is that the flap covers the metal backing plate! Other than that, the instruction page was pictorial and easy to follow. I used the provided hex wrench and had no problem inserting all the screws. Chair seems comfortable. Some may not like the lumbar pillow, but you don't have to put it on. Chair arrived sooner than expected. In fact, Sam's Club notified me that it had shipped after I had received it. I got it on sale, and it's certainly worth its sale price.

This chair decides to automatically go down multiple times while sitting at the computer. Today it has done it 3 times since I last sat down. Also the chair looks like we have been scratching at it, obviously we are just sitting in it. I do not recommend buying this chair.

FedEx didn't deliver. Sams Club wouldn't refund. We're out $200. Beware what you buy online

I really love the chair except the arm rests… I feel they’re not as steady as I was expecting. Everything else is great!

The chair seems to be good quality and was easy to assemble. It arrived less than 24 hour from the time it was ordered so Kudos to Sam’s Club.

This gaming chair is very comfortable I really recommend it. I bought it for my son and he loves it.
