Protien bars are great! I like to take small bites of it and let it dissolve in my mouth. I takes me about an hour to eat one bar which pushes the food cravings out. It is one of the leaner Protien bars on the market although a few calories less would be great. The handling of them isn’t great expect you chocolate deluxe to be crushed and your caramel one to be stuck to the wrapper more than consumed.

Great taste, decent texture. Satisfying. The chocolate is so chocolately and sweet I can't finish an entire one...my preference is the peanut butter, carmel and lastly the chocolate.

Pure Protein Bars spiked my sugar by a lot even though they are indicate 2 to 3 grams of carbs. My glucose reading did not agree.

I frequently reoder the Pure Protein bars because my doctor recommended 2 years ago when I started my weight lost journey. They are one of the few protein bars that actually taste good. I don't get the chocolate coating flavor, but all the insides are wonderful.
