These are great for my daughter that plays soccer, she doesn't really like to eat before her game. But the pure protein bar is a great compromise. Filling, but no to the point where you feel sluggish. They taste good, but they do have an after taste. Not to sweet, but the chocolate one is very dense chocolate flavor.

They make a great before bed snack to keep my blood sugar regulated. I wish they had fewer calories but that's to be expected with protein bars.

I think macros are also good if managing your proteins, carbohydrates, and fat macros are important to you. my favorite flavor is chocolate peanut caramel, and I also like the texture of it since there is a bit of a crunch.

It didn't stick in my teeth at all which is really nice for something that has caramel. The flavor was a great and did not have the overbearing flavor you usually find in protein or health bars. This bar also has a nice aftertaste unlike other bars.
