Tasty salad and convenient packaging. It says it's 3+ servings but it made only 2 LIGHT salads and that was with additions (chicken, etc). I think it would make a nice lunch for one if you added extras (cheese, chicken or a protein, more veggies - ex: tomato, corn, cucumber, avocado) I also wish Sam's sold this dressing separately. Salad tasted fresh. But for the price (less than $3 when I bought it) it was good and would make a nice work lunch or side for a dinner.

I at first I though I had purchased the Asian Salad kit, since this one has a lot of cabbage, but then I looked at the bag again and it was the Southwest Salad Kit. Very disappointed with the change, hopefully someone made a mistake and the contents of this salad kit will go back to normal. Add pictures of both bags to show that they look the same.

Bought I'd hate to guess how many bags of these salads for at least a year & were very delicious. I see many others now have complained about what I have noticed too. All cabbage & NO lettuce. SO disappointing & quit buying anymore. I'm through. Disgusting to think they'd change to that plus a rip off.

I used this salad mix with refried black beans , over chips as taco salad it fed 5 of us and yes we mixed in the dressing. I topped it off with fajita style chicken tenders I cooked ahead of time. Added plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream and homemade guac. Was good.
