This is actually the fourth, yes, 4th, Tramontina Dutch oven I’ve purchased! I bought one for myself and absolutely loved it! Then purchased one for each of my daughters and they loved theirs! I’ve now purchased a fourth for my niece and she will love it! It’s every bit as good as Le Creuset but costs far less!

I had been shopping for a cast iron dutch oven for a long time but just couldn't bring myself to pay the high prices. When I saw this one, I did a bit a research and learned Tramontina is a quality brand and the price from Sam's was an amazing deal. It's too soon to determine the durability but so far, it's worked well for cooking and cleans up nicely.

Love the color and how solid it is, a little disappointed that on both sides of the dutch oven, just below the handles, there is black paint that wasn't removed and cannot be removed now. It doesn't affect the function of the oven but doesn't look nice either.
