I'm in love with this duch oven! From chillies to stews comes out wonderful. I would definitely recommend buying this for a gift or for a treat for yourself as I did... Just remember to wash it by hand!

Great Product at a Great Price. All professional chefs use ceramic lined pots for most of their cooking, because they are the best for uniform heat, never fail performance. I know why! this lidded pot is perfect. Big enough for a whole chicken, large pot roast, making stock, soups +++. All steps can be accomplished in one pot, so I lose none of the flavours. This is so amazing that I ended up buying a second one for myself. It came in handy during holiday cooking. I love it!! My favorite pot to cook with for sure! I used it on the stove top as a regular pot to make soups, stews, and even deep frying. All came out perfectly!!!
