This band is solid so dirt and grime will not be trapped between it and skin which is exactly why I purchased it for my husband. He is very happy with it as well! Woohoo! I was pleasantly surprised to see this wedding band was exactly the same yellow like a 14K ens wedding band with diamonds would look it. The yellow plating shimmers like gold in satin finish and the diamonds are sparkling white. I am glad I got this for my husband on our anniversary!
